Vertical farming in door, has caught the attention of investors in recent years, bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars.

Vertical farming is growing crops on vertical frame similar bookshelves, save space and irrigation than

traditional outdoor farming. Use vertical plastic tower instead of soil to grow crops, LED lights instead of sunlight.

Ocado, a British online supermarket, claims vertical farming is a sustainable industry, because it can grow crops in

locations close to supermarkets and distribution centres, provide freshest ingredients to consumers, and reducing transport costs & time.

Ocado foresees consumers can get the vegetables and fruits that harvested and packaged in hours, because vertical farming is close to sales shop.
